Free Download Manager - один из лучших альтернативных менеджеров для скачивания файлов. Программа обладает широкой функциональностью и явно претендует на место лидера в данной категории приложений. В программе имеется отдельный оффлайн-браузер, с помощью которого можно скачивать сайты.

В настройках программы можно произвести интеграцию в браузер (поддерживаются Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Firefox, Netscape и Opera), установить папку для хранения закаченных файлов, определить настройки proxy-сервера.

- Присутствует внутренний сервис для обмена ссылками и мнениями о файлах, что позволит оградить пользователей от скачивания недоброкачественного контента.
