Real Desktop - программа для изменения вида рабочего стола Windows, преобразующая его в 3-х мерную поверхность. Real Desktop вдохнет новую жизнь в ваш Рабочий стол и превратит его в настоящий реальный рабочий стол. Насладитесь естественностью графики и невероятной динамикой и звуковым сопровождением. Программа использует DirectX и имеет физический движок, но на быстродействии компьютера это не сильно сказывается. После установки достаточно нажать на ярлык - и у вас уже 3D Рабочий Стол! Отключается таким же образом.

Стоит заметить, что Real Desktop не влияет на положение иконок на "родном" Рабочем Столе. Особого внимания заслуживает система выделения иконок. Это не просто прямоугольная рамка, нажав левую кнопку мыши, вы можете нарисовать любую невыпуклую фигуру и выделить только нужные иконки. Также иконки можно передвигать, уменьшать, увеличивать, "бросать" и вращать при помощи мышки.
